Road to South West is a short documentary of the making of L-FRESH The LION's new album, SOUTH WEST. Part 3 (of 5) is titled A Message To My Younger Self.

In this episode, L-FRESH touches on the concept of his new album, SOUTH WEST, which was released on July 17, 2020. The album is a collection of stories and messages that he shares with his younger self. It's a series of advice grounded in themes of empowerment and confidence on one level, and culture & decolonization on a deeper level.
